All classes must be paid for IN FULL before your seat will be reserved for class. You can make payments via PayPal or you can mail a cashier’s check (no personal checks accepted). Once payment is received, you will have a guaranteed seat.
Cancellations: If you have registered and paid for your class, we will have a guaranteed seat reserved for you. If you must cancel your registration for any reason please contact us via email, with your request to cancel. Cancellations requested more than 72 hours prior to a scheduled class may receive a refund. The $30 eCodes assigned to a student are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-transferrable. We will issue no refunds for cancellations less than 72 hours of the scheduled class or for no-shows. In these cases, you forfeit your payment, and may pay a $10 rescheduling fee to attend a scheduled class on a different date. We will help you get into the next CPR training class available.
No Shows: If a student does not show up to their scheduled class and has not rescheduled, they are considered a no show and forfeit the complete paid registration fee. No show students may reschedule for a different date and will be responsible for the $10 rescheduling fee.
To reschedule: If you registered and paid for a class, but cannot make it, you may reschedule. Requests must be made in writing and emailed to , for our documentation purposes. If you reschedule, a $10 rescheduling fee applies.
If a student arrives more than 15 minutes late for class, entry will be denied and payment will be forfeited. You may reschedule for a $10 fee.
Low class enrollment/instructor emergencies: We reserve the right to cancel class at any time for reasons such as low enrollment, severe weather, instructor illness/injury, family emergencies, etc. We will make every attempt to contact you by phone and email. Participants in these courses will receive priority enrollment in the next available class and be given the option to reschedule at no fee or can choose to receive a refund.
Students may not bring children to class. We are there to focus on the training, which can be intense, and requires full attention. If a student shows up with their child, their payment will be forfeited and they will need to reschedule with a $10 fee for a different class.
When you have successfully completed the course, you will receive an eCard. No paper cards are given. Your completion cards are good for 2 years for CPR/AED, 2 years for First Aid, and 1 year for Bloodborne Pathogens.
If an online course is required for your hands-on class, please make sure to print out your completion certificate or have it saved to your phone and bring it to class. If you do not have this certificate or have not completed your online course prior, you will forfeit your payment and will need to reschedule for a $10 fee.
